- Manufacturing Process
We use a meticulously engineered process to craft high-quality stainless steel tubes.
Our tubing is made from cold-rolled metal strips formed into tubes, welded without fillers, and undergoes precise thickness control and visual inspection for defects. Eddy-current testing is also carried out for defect-free assurance.
Tubes are drawn through a die to reach desired sizes, with intermittent bright annealing between draws to maintain ductility and quality.
Our tubes are bright annealed using advanced Japanese-imported furnaces to prevent oxidation and scaling, preserving their bright surface, enhancing corrosion resistance, and improving tube quality and appearance.
